Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Individual Membership

Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Members may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided for unused sessions or membership benefits. Billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

Open Gym

Open Gym Policy: Hourly open gym sessions are non-refundable. Please confirm your schedule before booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused time.

Dryland

Dryland Training Sessions Are Non-Refundable All dryland sessions and packages purchased through EDGE Hockey High Performance, LLC are non-refundable once payment has been made. Refunds will not be provided for: *Cancellations or no-show *Late arrivals *Scheduling conflicts *Illness or injury *Vacations or other personal commitments *Failure to use purchased sessions before the expiration date Participants are responsible for scheduling and attending their training sessions. Unused sessions do not qualify for a refund or cash credit. EDGE Hockey High Performance reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion in circumstances such as facility closure or cancellation of a session by EDGE. By purchasing dryland training, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable policy.
